Commercial License
End User License Agreement

Licensor grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software for commercial and personal purposes. This license covers individuals, freelancers, small businesses, and organizations. Enterprise or large-scale use requires a separate agreement.

Desktop Use: Installation on any number of computers within the Licensee's own organization. Commercial use is permitted, including logos, branding, print, packaging, signage, and marketing materials.

Web Use: Use on websites owned or controlled by the Licensee with no page view restrictions. Fonts must be embedded using standard webfont methods (e.g. @font-face).

Additional permitted uses include apps, games, social media, client work, and products for sale.

Temporary sharing with a printer or developer is permitted solely for output purposes, provided no copies are retained after completion.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise alter the Font Software. You may not allow extraction of the font files or include them in templates, generators, applications, or platforms that allow third-party use. Converting text to outlines as part of a finished design is permitted. Creating derivative font software is prohibited.

Use by large organizations, software embedding, franchise or chain-wide deployment, or broadcast and film use requires a separate custom license agreement. Contact Daniel Neuman to discuss terms.

The Font Software is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright law. This Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license if its terms are breached. Upon termination, all copies of the Font Software must be deleted.

The Font Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted use.

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the Font Software.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee regarding the Font Software.
